We are looking for an educator who would like to join the team as the lead ECE onsite and help create a healthy, supportive environment that will accommodate 8 children, with ambitions to grow. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of establishing a new childcare space and provide input into the development of routines, systems and areas for the children to learn and thrive.

ECE/IT/Special Needs
The ECE/IT/SN, collaboratively with the support of childcare staff, develops, implements, and evaluates individualized goals and programming for children and/or families as required, working with the Supported Child Development Program, and/or other components of the Mountain Child Early Learning & Care Centre. Ensures that childcare staff maintain a healthful and safe environment.

Kootenay Talent + Recruitment is partnering with Fernie Child Care Society to recruit Early Childhood Educators (ECEs), preferably with Infant-Toddler / Special Needs (ECE IT/SNE) who are passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.
