- Format: Six virtual sessions, about 1.5 hours each
- Time:
- Group size: 6-8 leaders
- Dates: Oct 21 and Nov 25 (2026), then Jan 13, Feb 17, Mar 10 and Mar 31 (2027)
- Cost: Free
- Certificate: A professional development certificate is available for the hours you complete
- Good to know: To hold your spot, we'll ask you to sign a short MOU confirming your participation
About the facilitator
Yat Li is an award-winning accessibility advocate and Associate Director at Accessible Employers. Born Deaf and without external ears, he turned a lifetime of barriers into a career helping organizations build workplaces where people thrive. He has spoken to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, and he’s a contributor to the Government of Canada’s 2024 accessibility report. His talks are known for being honest, warm, and genuinely memorable.
